Collection: Shipping policy and refund policy

Postage costs:

 2nd class £2.70 delivery rate for United Kingdom

1st class £4.00 delivery for United Kingdom 

£9.00 delivery rate for Ireland 

Buyers are responsible for paying for their returns if they change their mind about the product or need a different size.
Unless it has been agreed with seller for example of the product is faulty. 

  Shipping Policy:

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 days working  days. Please allow extra time for orders to be processed during sale periods or weekends.


Click and Collects:
Free and easy collect in store service.
You will receive a confirmation email or SMS to come and collect your parcel. Please do not make the journey to our store ‘new about towne’ until you have received confirmation that your parcel is ready. Or ring/ message to ask if it will be ready. 


Click and Collects are normally ready to collect on the same working day in relation to working hours, however orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may not be ready to collect until Monday/Tuesday.
Please collect within 7 days of your order. 

Returns Policy:

ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED BACK TO US WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT
Items must be in the original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. Shoes must be returned in original box, all original tags must remain in place (if any are missing we will not accept the return). We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to return items within our returns timeframe.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you return an item to us without our approval we are unable to process this for neither a refund or store credit. If you post a non refundable item back to us we would be happy to return the item to you, however additional postage costs would be required.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE POSTED BACK FIRST CLASS SIGNED FOR. PLEASE CONTACT US IN ADVANCE OF RETURNING AN ITEM.  Buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

*Worn/ damaged/ no tags.  *earrings    Jewellery, *opened perfume    *Fascinators    *hairbands   *credit notes    *make up beauty products 

*body piercings.   *items bought in store.

 

You can return your online order to the store by hand.

 

our in Store policy: 

Items bought in store can only be exchanged with receipt for another item or credit note. Credit notes last six months. Deposits are non-refundable. No cash refunds with items bought in store unless faulty. 


 

We are aware every body shape is unique and that different shops/brands vary in sizes. Some items May also appear different in reality to what you expected from having viewed online.
